The Stillwater Medical Center South Campus Master Plan provides two separate zones for clinical and community spaces. The proposed master plan meshes well with the City of Stillwater’s MAPS program, which focuses on spaces beneficial to the community as a whole. The Master Plan, by REES and StudioINSITE, also provides flexibility options due to its ability to adjust the site layout over time, if changes are needed. Per the request of Stillwater Medical Center, the corner of the property has been reserved for a building that would benefit from a high-visibility location. The existing site had a homestead that includes a pecan tree grove. The REES / StudioINSITE team made plans to explore options to save as many of the healthy trees as possible.
