Healthcare Architect / Project Manager

Oklahoma City, OK

REES is seeking an experienced Healthcare Architect and Project Manager to join our Oklahoma City team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide the primary interface with the client on all aspects of the assigned projects.
  • Supervise architects and consultants in all phases of an architectural project from programming through completion of construction.
  • Negotiate contracts including consultant agreements manage budgets (in-house) on projects, including projecting man-hours and monthly billing.
  • Review, correct, and approve all work produced by architects and consultants, including drawings, reports, specifications, and cost statements for each project.
  • Assist in the marketing of new projects and participate in marketing tasks.
  • Ensure the technical, code, life safety and quality assurance requirements of a project.
  • Assist in the training and advancement of staff and promote a cooperative atmosphere between staff, consultants, contractors, and clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Architecture Degree
  • Licensed Architect
  • 5 plus years of experience in the Healthcare sector including varied technical aspects of the architectural process and project management
  • REVIT experience.

Houston, TX

Manage and direct the efforts of architects and consultants to produce architectural projects on time and within budget. Requires overall scheduling of activities, defining and coordinating all tasks required to produce the project that meets the needs of the client and the firm. This position will be based out of REES’ office in The Woodlands near Houston.
