Oklahoma City

REES is seeking an experienced Healthcare Architect and Project Manager to join our team. This position will be based in our Oklahoma City office.

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor of Architecture Degree
  • Licensed Architect
  • 5-plus years of experience in the Healthcare sector including varied technical aspects of the architectural process and project management
  • REVIT experience

Marketing Coordinator

Houston

REES is seeking a positive and energetic marketer to join our team. We’re looking for someone who can help us tell our story by writing clear and compelling copy; creating content for the web, social media and printed materials; and assist in creating proposals and presentations for our clients.

We want someone who produces outstanding results and does it in a way that embodies our values.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Write and proof copy and materials for grammatical and content accuracy
  • Build internal and external relationships to solicit and identify content
  • Maintain a schedule of content to be produced and coordinated with marketing calendar
  • Manage content on the website
  • Create email content for email campaigns targeted at specific markets
  • Manage social media channels including creating content, engaging with audience and reporting on results
  • Monitor social media for mentions of the company, employees, clients and competitors
  • Coordinate professional photography after job completion
  • Help coordinate REES’ involvement in community and professional organizations
  • Assist in development video content
  • Assist in identifying media opportunities to reach decision makers in target markets

EDUCATIONAL/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations or Mass Communications preferred
  • 1 to 2 years of experience preferred

REES has an opportunities available for a Project Architect / Project Manager with experience in Corporate Commercial, Healthcare, Multifamily, and / or Senior Living markets at our project team office in Houston.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Lead technical coordination of project execution and control to achieve continuity of purpose within scope, budget and time schedules from initial start-up through construction completion
  • Extensive technical involvement and experience with assembling construction documents; Ability to coordinate design and architectural drawings with other disciplines
  • Work in all phases of design and construction
  • Coordinate with regulatory agencies and contractors

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor of Architecture degree
  • Licensed Architect
  • 8+ years of experience including varied technical aspects of the architectural process and project management.
  • Revit experience experience

Project Manager

Dallas

REES has an opportunity for a Project Manager in our Dallas team office to lead the efforts of our architects and consultants.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Supervise architects, consultants and all assigned personnel in all phases of an architectural project from programming through completion of construction
  • Review, correct and approve work produced by architects and consultants, including drawings, reports, specifications, and cost statements for each project
  • Assist in the training and advancement of staff and promote a cooperative atmosphere between staff, consultants, contractors and clients
  • Provide operational and leadership support at office and project level
  • Work in all phases of design and construction
  • Coordinate with regulatory agencies and contractors
  • Be the primary contact with clients on all aspects of assigned projects
  • Assist with negotiating contracts including consultant agreements, manage budgets on projects, including projecting staff-hours and monthly billing
  • Define all tasks and develop schedules for architectural projects and ensure tasks are completed on schedule
  • Assist in the marketing of new projects and participate in marketing tasks and conferences
  • Forecast and develop manpower and skill requirements needed to meet assigned tasks based on current projects
  • Provide guidance and technical advice to those assigned to projects
  • Evaluating performance, implementing corrective actions and providing professional development to assigned staff
  • Assist with design, production and construction administration duties as needed.

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Experience in Multi-Family and or Senior Living
  • Professional, accredited degree in Architecture
  • Registration is desired, or in process
  • 8-10 years of experience including varied technical aspects of the architectural process and project management
