The Benefits of Choosing REES
Health Insurance
REES pays up to 100% of employees’ premium for medical insurance based
on the plan they choose. REES offers dental, vision and basic life coverage.
We also offer coverage for dependents. Flexible Spending, DCA, HRA and HSA accounts are available.
Hybrid Workplace
REES employees have the flexibility to work away from the office one to two days per week after their first 90 days. Employees use high-power laptops and connect to project files in the cloud to enable work wherever they are.
Professional Exam Fees
REES will reimburse the registration fee for license or credential exams upon successful completion. We also help you prep by providing study materials and paid time off to take your exams.
Holidays & Personal Leave
All full-time, regular employees are paid for eight holidays during the year, including a day off to celebrate your birthday. REES offers two weeks of vacation time and a week of personal
leave each year. After five years with REES, vacation time increases to three
weeks.
Flexible Hours & Dress
Employees may select a flex schedule of Monday-Thursday (9 hours each day) and ½ day Friday. Business casual is our
official dress code, but we encourage employees to dress for how they are
supporting our clients each day.
Professional Licensing
REES pays for the professional license of each employee in their resident state. REES pays 100% of AIA and ASID dues for licensed employees. Other licensing fees or dues may also be covered on
request.
401(k) Plan
REES employees can contribute to a 401k account through pre-tax
payroll deduction in several different investment options. We also offer a post-tax ROTH option. REES matches 50% of the first 4% employees contribute to their 401k.
Employee Stock Ownership
We offer an ESOP program and direct
ownership. Full-time employees start to receive contributions to REES’ ESOP on their behalf after one year of service. Contributions are 100% vested after 5 years of service and distributed at retirement or upon leaving REES. At the Senior Associate level and above, employees become direct shareholders with voting rights and return on equity
Continuing Education
REES provides both in-house and outside opportunities for continuing education to our employees. We regularly host consultants and vendors in our offices for lunch and learns with CEU credits. We also pay for employees to attend pre-approved conferences.
