A Timeless Community Renovation for Carillon LifeCare

Carillon LifeCare Community’s existing independent living community was due for a refresh. REES was tasked to update the common areas of Pointe Plaza, the oldest building on campus. The renovation included the dining room, community lounge as well as resident common areas on each of the community’s four floors. REES refreshed the space by integrating a neutral palette, natural light, comfortable furnishings and movable glass partitions in the dining areas. Partitions allow for more flexibility and accessibility for special events. The redesign brings a new resident experience with improved circulation and operations for the community.
