Call Center Improvements Planning

Cox Communications is one of Oklahoma’s largest employers. When Cox acquired the Oklahoma City market area, the company took over six facilities in the metro area. The Cox Communications executive leadership team approached REES to develop two Master Plans for the company. The short-term plan will provide a map for updating, renovating and improving the spaces they currently occupy. A second plan, more long-term, will provide a permanent home for Cox. Through a series of worksessions, interviews, and iterations REES has provided Cox with an answer to the complex question of how to continue operations while renovating their current facilities.
