A Fortune 100 Information Technology client sought to repurpose a full floor of their campus in order to increase productivity and utilization of their space. REES responded with a design that transforms the floor into a collaborative work environment for 450 employees. Neighborhood centers for specific departments ease cross-functional collaboration. The layout is specialized for mobile workers without dedicated desk spaces and provides 150 more seats than requested.

REES worked with the client to develop E-Clubs, an innovative approach to meeting spaces. E-Clubs integrate a functional, tech-friendly work environment with a relaxed, lounge-like setting. From individual work niches to large community tables, E-Clubs offer a variety of working and meeting layouts in a central space allowing cross-functional projects to operate smoother. It’s also tech-friendly with various electrical and data capabilities including pop-up outlets on tables.
