REES designers collaborated with Stellar Development Company to adapt the design prototype from their first market-balanced community. By tailoring the prototype to Virtu on Azalea’s location and specific needs, the end result is a high-quality community developed at a lower cost. 

The apartments feature open floor plans ranging from 650 to 1,200 square feet, with high ceilings and small private backyards that create a spacious, inviting atmosphere. The units have one-, two- and three-bedroom options with contemporary finishes, wood-style flooring and modern kitchens.  

In addition to the apartment living, Virtu on Azalea’s community features enrich the resident experience. Tenants have access to a clubhouse, resort-style swimming pool, fitness center, walking trails and more.
