Expanding Services with 4-Story Addition

Valir Health needed to make their building, which was previously occupied by a hotel chain, appealing to patients and efficient for staff. REES designed a 4–story, 4,400–square–foot addition to the north end of their campus. Our design extends the lobby and waiting space and adds a check-in desk. A rehabilitation exercise space is on the second floor and features floor–to–wall windows to invite daylight. Three conference rooms, a board room, and an enlarged training space inhabit the third floor. The fourth floor consists of a wellness room, a physical therapy work space and mock lifestyle rooms to help patients relearn daily skills.
