Fitness and Aquatic Building Planning

The Stillwater Medical Center Total Fitness Aquatics outpatient rehabilitation building includes an in-ground warm water therapy pool, 2,300 square foot fitness gym and required support spaces such as a conference / training room, locker and shower rooms, exam rooms, offices, clean and soiled holding areas, break room, washer and dryer facilities, general storage, pool storage and mechanical / electrical spaces. In addition, the entire building is expected to be heated and cooled with a geothermal HVAC system, utilized to alleviate overall energy costs.
