Floor Renovation for Senior Living Community Adds Life to Campus

The fourth floor renovation at the Forum at Memorial Woods is also the fourth project REES has designed for this campus. The client’s goals for this project included providing more amenity space for the residents, allowing natural light to penetrate to the core of the building and updating resident rooms. REES opened the enclosed dining area to the popular corridor where residents spend their day. In the old dining area we created an open bistro, improving both resident experience and staff sight-lines. Resident rooms and restrooms received cosmetic upgrades.
