Independent and Specialized Care Community

The project at Eagles’ Trace includes 32 Assisted Living beds, 36 Memory Care beds, 44 Skilled Nursing beds, Long-Term Care and Short-Term Recovery rooms. The centrally-located commons area houses the main entry and reception spaces along with administration and therapy programs. Both resident and non-resident patients have access to over 2,000 s.f. of rehabilitation and exercise facilities. The building has ample outdoor patio space adjacent to garden-inspired courtyards for uses ranging from special occasions to physical therapy.
