Industrial Campus for Oil Field Supply Company

A Houston-based oil field supply company wanted to expand their services in El Reno, Oklahoma. REES designed an industrial campus composed of three buildings featuring 60,000 square feet of warehouse space and 4,000 square feet of office space. The first building serves as the campus’ main office space with 12 private offices, an open-office layout fit for remote employees, a break room, an oversized training room and a boardroom-style conference room. The second building is the main warehouse featuring a large storage space, chemical lab and covered drive-through for deliveries. The third building has a vehicle maintenance warehouse and additional office space.
