Phased Learning Center for Challenger Schools

The Challenger School Foundation wanted to develop a multi-project partnership with REES to expand aggressively in the North Texas market. Plano, an affluent Dallas suburb, was the perfect candidate for Challenger Schools to enter into the competitive market. The first phase, comprising 27,000 square feet of the campus, will feature a central space and classroom wing for preschool and kindergarten classes. The foyer and administration suite are also located in the center of the building and will connect to future elementary and middle school wings. We also included a client-requested storm center within the building, which minimizes costs and provides a multipurpose room for the school.
