Repositioned Call Center to Increase Brand Identity and Pride

Collaborating with key staff at Cox Communications, REES worked to increase brand awareness, identity and pride among the staff at the Oklahoma City Call Center. The integration of available Cox technology into the spaces was a top priority for the project team. Since completing the renovation, Cox has seen these spaces transformed from dark, rarely occupied spaces into highly used hubs of collaboration. The staff of 500 also enjoys an enlarged breakroom with company kitchen, three updated satellite breakrooms and updated restrooms.
