The Presidium Chase Hill, located in the picturesque Texas Hill Country, offers high-end luxury housing. When real estate investment group Presidium wanted to expand their multifamily portfolio in the San Antonio area, they turned to REES to collaborate on the design of the new 17-acre community.

REES helped them develop an upscale nine-building modern apartment community located minutes from San Antonio’s La Cantera District. Totaling 425,000 square feet, the resort-style residences offer an abundance of high-end amenities including smart technology, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a dog park, pet spa and an onsite car wash.

Each of the 370 oversized units features 9-foot ceilings, granite countertops, wood-inspired flooring and soft, natural paint colors. Additionally, each suite offers spacious walk-in closets, garden-style tubs, large walk-in showers contemporary fixtures and high-end finishes.

Luxurious Common Spaces

The site’s 30-foot slope on a natural plateau offers a prime location for The Presidium Chase Hill’s two-story clubhouse and leasing office. Floor-to-ceiling steel framed paneled doors provide unobstructed, northward-facing views overlooking the nearby La Cantera Resort and golf course. When opened, the retractable doors flood the clubhouse with fresh air and abundant sunlight.  Serving as the community’s social hub, the clubhouse hosts a game room, media room and several Wi-Fi lounges finished with plush, comfortably modern furniture.

A gourmet kitchen and bar featuring custom stone countertops, contemporary light fixtures and upscale finishes offer residents a place to host large group gatherings. Additionally, residents can exercise or mediate in the state-of-the-art fitness center which houses a full gym and yoga studio.  

Inviting Outdoor Oasis

Designed as a statement piece of the property is the two-level infinity pool. Intended to be the epicenter of outdoor activity and socialization for the residents and guests, the pool is the prime spot to relax while soaking up the hilltop panoramic views. The aquatic oasis features a large waterfall, splash pads, water lounge chairs, private cabanas, outdoor kitchens and grills.

The Presidium Chase Hill officially opened in June 2022.
