Baylor Scott & White is the largest not-for-profit healthcare system in Texas, serving patients around the Dallas Fort Worth metroplex. They asked REES to modernize two suites within their Family Medical Center in Waxahachie, Texas.

The 6,000-square-foot renovation improves clinical and patient spaces. A new exam room maximizes clinical capacity. A lab was reallocated, and the former space was transformed into a precepting room. This space allows residency students to experience hands-on learning while providing quality care. Updates to patient areas include new flooring, light fixtures and fresh paint to create a more welcoming environment. A new conference room, refreshed workspace countertops and improvements to the check-in window optimize the workflow for staff, enhancing the suites’ overall efficiency.
