Student Center and Bookstore Redesign for Texas A&M Corpus Christi

When Texas A&M Corpus Christi renovated their student center, they asked REES to redesign their Barnes & Noble Campus Bookstore. REES worked together with the university and Barnes & Noble to create a space that attracted students and the general public. Our design took empty space just off the student center’s main rotunda and turned it into a key gathering spot. The bright colors reflect the celebratory feel of the university mascot. The Island Market is a convenience store located within the bookstore that provides a quick and convenient shopping option for students and staff.
