Warehouse Expansion for Fortune 100 Technology Company

After experiencing rapid growth, a Fortune 100 Technology Company needed to quickly expand their outgrown warehouse. REES implemented fast-paced and strategic efforts for the 44,000-square-foot expansion; completing design and construction in under ten months. The addition brings a 6-door loading dock and elongated ramp dock to the campus for its frequent deliveries. Efficient LED lighting systems were used to minimize the warehouse’s operational costs. Connections were provided to the existing warehouse easing transportation throughout the space.
