REES Announces Promotion of Two New Leaders in Oklahoma Region
OKLAHOMA CITY – REES is excited to announce the promotion of both Rachel Bundy, AIA and Katie Archer, AIA, LEED AP to Vice President. In addition, they will take on new responsibilities leading the Oklahoma Region. Rachel Bundy will serve as Assistant Director of Project Operations while Katie Archer will take on the role of Assistant Director of Business Operations.
The new roles were created as current Operations Director, Jay Tullis, transitions into a new role focusing on project quality by the end of the year. As he transitions into the new role, Katie and Rachel will assume leadership of the Oklahoma Region.

Rachel Bundy is an architect and project manager who has worked at REES for nearly 20 years. She has served as a group leader for the architectural team in Oklahoma for the past seven years. A proud University of Oklahoma graduate, Rachel has served as project manager for many of REES’ largest projects in the state. Rachel has been a speaker for the Urban Land Institute Oklahoma and volunteers for the Girl Scouts of Western Oklahoma.
Katie Archer is an architect and project manager who has worked at REES for over 16 years. She has led teams for many projects with REES’ largest clients. She has participated in numerous leadership and community service roles including Leadership Oklahoma and Leadership Elk City. Katie also serves on the board for The Oklahoma Foundation for Excellence. She holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Oklahoma and an MBA from Oklahoma City University.
