REES Helps Focus on Home Perform a Home Makeover

REES recently partnered with Focus on Home to transform the homes of families in need. Focus on Home is an organization that supports families in need by providing comfortable homes to create a positive future. Over two weekends, we moved furniture and decorations into homes for two families. Designer Libby Gober led the effort as a volunteer Family Coordinator for Focus on home.

REES has supported the work of Focus on Home since 2016 through participating in their Design Appetit fundraiser and collecting donations from employees.

Our participation this year was special because one of the families we helped is a part of ReMerge, another non-profit we support. ReMerge is a program designed to help pregnant women and mothers facing incarceration transform their lives. REES designed their new facility which is currently under construction. It was a privilege to give back to two organizations we’ve had the privilege to develop relationships with.
