REES was named 2022 Firm of the Year by AIA Central Oklahoma. The Solomon Andrew Layton Firm of the Year Award recognizes an architectural firm that has distinguished itself over the past four years, to the betterment of the profession and community, through leadership, vision and design.
AIA Central Oklahoma, a chapter of the American Institute of Architects, announced the award as part of its annual 2022 Honor Awards. The awards celebrate impactful firms, architects and community advocates in the Architecture community.
“We are grateful to work every day with clients whose powerful missions positively affect our community and give us the opportunity to use design to support them,” said Farooq Karim, Design Director at REES.
Dynamic collaboration is our strategy to foster decades-long partnerships with clients and design environments that drive positive change.
“In every project, I have seen how design transforms peoples’ experiences,” shares Kate Howell, REES Design Team Leader, “A beautiful and efficient space provides an environment to create positive change. This change impacts the company, its employees, customers, families and friends, and so on. ”
This is the third time REES has won the award. REES was also honored in 2017 and 1999.
