The Foundation of Who We Are

The first years of REES were full of new beginnings. Every project was a first of some kind, whether it was stepping into a new industry or taking on a challenge bigger than we had before. With a small team, we set out to design hospitals that communities could sustain, and television stations that captured attention across the world. Each success opened doors to new partnerships and new possibilities for us.  

What mattered most was the way we approached the work. We listened closely and asked questions. We built trust over time. That approach set the tone for the decades to come. Looking back, those early projects remind us why we started and why service remains at the heart of who we are fifty years later.
