A Venue for Every Event

Cleveland County’s previous fairgrounds facility was a well-used community asset, but its aging spaces no longer supported the county’s long-term needs. County leaders partnered with REES to create a more versatile, modern venue for hosting trade shows, exhibitions, seminars, corporate gatherings and community celebrations. The Cleveland County Fairgrounds Event Center provides a durable, adaptable space designed for year-round use. REES-designers transformed the existing facility into a 27,400-square-foot event center, combining 9,700 square feet of renovated space with 17,700 square feet of new construction.

At the center of the facility is an expansive, column-free event hall that accommodates trade shows, exhibitions, indoor fair activities and community events. Generous pre-function space, ample on-site parking and efficient load-in/load-out access support events of all sizes. Two additional event halls accommodate smaller meetings, receptions and seminars. Integrated audiovisual technology, large LED display systems and a portable stage allow the space to adapt to different events throughout the year. Durable materials, polished concrete floors and open ceilings keep the focus on functionality and long-term use.

The Cleveland County Fairgrounds Event Center provides the county with a flexible, community-focused venue that will serve as a welcoming destination for years to come.
