Branded lobby and entry experience; flexible spaces for team collaboration; warm wood accents and a neutral palette for a clean, modern aesthetic; dedicated interiors library with storage and space for projects
REES relocated its Dallas office to Trinity Towers, just a short distance from its previous location. In close proximity to the city’s healthcare community, the space better reflects how our team works today. The workplace features an open, innovative environment for employees and clients.
The REES-red branded entryway establishes a clear point of arrival in the 20-floor building. A large lobby welcomes clients, partners and friends for meetings and gatherings. Near the lobby, a casual team room supports informal meetings and day-to-day collaboration, using comfortable, modular seating instead of traditional conference room furniture. A lounge and break area offers space to step away from the desk, with views of downtown Dallas.
The large conference room includes additional bench seating, making meetings more comfortable for larger groups. Within the open office, a framery booth gives team members a quiet place for calls and one-on-one meetings. Each workstation includes sit-stand desks, giving employees flexibility throughout the day. Dedicated work zones support architecture and interior design workflows, with surfaces for pin-ups and coordinated project work. The interiors library is outfitted with large tables for teams to spread out materials, collaborate on projects and host clients in a hands-on setting.
Acoustics were a key consideration throughout the office. A variety of felt, cork, ceiling treatments and carpet were layered to support an open environment without distraction. Material selections include warm wood accents and a neutral palette, bringing a clean, modern feel to the workplace.
More open and inviting, the REES Dallas office encourages connection and collaboration throughout the day. The workplace supports both focused work and shared moments, creating an environment that reflects how our team works together.
