Regional Flagship Office Impresses Despite Challenging Lease Space

In order to attract the employees and support frequent client visits, our client’s location needed to serve as a regional “flagship” location. Moving into existing space, the location posed a series of challenges. Our designers used custom elements to update the space while keeping renovation costs moderate. The lobby area sets the tone, giving the office a modern feel. The workplace café features a series of seating styles to maximize use of space throughout the day. Natural products, such as bamboo lighting fixtures, create a connection with nature and complement courtyard views.
