In order to consolidate multiple offices, a multinational software company needed space for 270 employees. REES designed a 28,300-square-foot open office to promote flexibility and collaboration. Employees can move between the work environments that matches their needs. Focus and team rooms provide dedicated, quiet and collaborative spaces. Decorative film coats glass-enclosed rooms allowing light to enter without sacrificing privacy. A tech-friendly neighborhood center promotes cross-functional collaborations and team activities. A variety of desking styles and sit-stand desks in the free address space help prevent repetitive layouts. REES’ efficient design provided 50 additional workspaces than the client requested, perfect for future growth.
