Vibrant Workplace Designed to Welcome Clients

HoganTaylor’s former office was too far from their clients and too small for their growing practice. When relocating their Oklahoma City office, HoganTaylor saw the opportunity to align their workplace with their innovative and growing business model. During design discussions, HoganTaylor worked with our designers to flip the traditional look and feel of their firm on its head, reimagining the ordinary into something extraordinary for employees and guests.

Workspaces blend residential comfort into a commercial setting to encourage collaboration and make the office feel more like home. Each space has its own unique furniture with diverse colors and patterns to stimulate thinking and provide comfort. Throughout the space, designers incorporated original art from local artists to be a reminder of the community values of the company. The upscale breakroom with outdoor patio serves as an additional breakout space allowing employees and clients to enjoy vibrant downtown Oklahoma City.

Mixing Privacy and Collaboration

Our designers understood the importance of the space to be inviting and functional for visits from clients. We created the right mix of open and private offices for their team. Employees choose from a variety of work environments according to their daily tasks, encouraging employee productivity and satisfaction. Focus, team and conference rooms give flexibility for meetings of all sizes. Quiet zones allow for heads-down work while public spaces encourage employees to collaborate and socialize. Select employees who have frequent or confidential client visits have closed offices to reduce noise in the open office. The mixed office helps to control noise when clients are in office and maintains privacy when needed.
