Radio Station Relocation and Office Space Renovation for Griffin Communications

After acquiring five radio stations, Griffin Communications reached out to REES to help integrate the new stations into their Media Center. Included in the 6,000 square-foot renovation is five studios, three production studios to create pre-recorded shows, four offices for regular staff and producers, two offices in the sales department and an unassigned group work area for staff. Within the large group area, an in-set audio studio and stage allows for live music sets during tours. Also included are multiple phone booths for employees’ private calls. Our team worked with Griffin to maintain operations throughout the course of the renovation.
